Cauliflower Rice Tofu

Tofu in a sauce with bell pepper and "cauliflower" rice. Optionally, add beans or avocados to the dish.


Ingredients:


1 medium cauliflower, divided into inflorescences 2 tbsp. l cornmeal 400 gr hard tofu 1 bell pepper, peeled and chopped A few stalks of chopped green onions 5 cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 chopped chili 8 tbsp. l soy sauce 3 tbsp. l black pepper 2 tbsp. l maple syrup 1 tbsp. l sesame oil Salt to taste


Recipe: 1. Fold the cabbage in a blender and mix until cereal. 2. Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes. Sprinkle the tofu with soy sauce. Heat oil in a pan, add tofu, sprinkle with cornmeal. Turn the tofu over and fry until golden brown. 3. In another pan, heat the oil, add the bell pepper and onion. After a few minutes, add ginger, garlic and chili. Fry for another 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and syrup, cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens. 4. Put the cabbage in a separate pan, add sesame oil and salt. Fry for 4 minutes, stirring. 5. Serve the cabbage with tofu, garnishing with green onions.
