Carrot-almond paste for snacks

Try this vegan pasta along with crackers or vegetables. If you like spicy, add chili peppers to the pasta.


Ingredients: 1 carrot, peeled 150 grams of ground almonds Vegetable broth or water Salt and pepper to taste


Recipe: 1. Cut the carrot into cubes and boil it in a small amount of water until soft. 2. In a blender, chop the carrots, add the ground almonds. Beat well. 3. Add broth, whisk until desired consistency. 4. Serve as hummus, with crackers or slices of your favorite vegetables.
