Calamari and Korean Carrot Salad

Awesome snack !!! Fast, easy and tasty! eaten instantly! INGREDIENTS squid 600 g carrots 4 pieces (medium) 1 onion (large) vinegar 70% 1 tsp soy sauce 3 tbsp. garlic 3 cloves red and black ground pepper salt, sugar to taste vegetable oil


Squids clean, boil for 2-3 minutes, and cut into strips. Pour over soy sauce and let stand ~ 30min. Grate carrots on a special grater (or Korean) to make a long straw. Add vinegar, salt and sugar to taste in carrots (I put 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 hl of sugar). Rub your hands. onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Squeeze carrots from the resulting juice, mix with squid. Add garlic through the press, red and black pepper. Pour hot oil with onions and spices. Mix. You can eat right away, but it's better to let it stand in the refrigerator ~ 2-3h Enjoy your meal!
