Your attention - a recipe for burrito, a popular Mexican meat dish. Do not be afraid of an unfamiliar name - the dish is prepared very simply and quickly, everyone will figure it out. Description of preparation: In its essence, the burrito is the most popular Mexican dish, which consists of tortilla (wheat tortilla), in which various stuffing from meat or vegetables is wrapped. In this case, as you can see, I propose a classic filling - minced meat, cheese and vegetables.

Ingredients:

ground beef - 500 grams, tortillas - 8 Pieces, sunflower oil - 2 Art. spoons beans - 400 grams (fried) ,salad - 1 pieces tomatoes - 5 pieces green onions - 1 pieces cheddar cheese - 200 grams onions - 2 pieces chili powder - 2 teaspoons cumin - 1 teaspoon salt - 1 pieces (to taste) pepper - 1 Piece (to taste) Servings Per Container: 8


Fry the onion on medium heat for 10 minutes.


At this time, mix the spices into a paste with a little water.


Add the pasta to the onion and cook for another 5 minutes.


Add stuffing.


Add the beans and season with salt and pepper to taste. When the meat is ready, chop the tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Fill the stuffing in cakes. Fold Burrito as shown in the photo. We put Buritos in shape. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
