Broccoli Stir Fry with Ginger and Avocado Sauce

Ingredients:


For the sauce:


Fresh ginger root (about 5 cm), peeled and sliced 2 avocados 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons honey 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 2 pinches of salt


For wash fry:


1 tablespoon coconut oil 1 medium red onion, chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 1 head of broccoli, disassembled into florets 1 small cabbage, finely chopped 4 cups spinach 1/4 cup lightly toasted sesame seeds (optional)


Recipe:


Sauce: 1. Finely chop the ginger in a blender. 2. Add remaining ingredients and grind until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of water. Beat up. 3. Clean in the fridge.


Stir Fry: 1. Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. 2. Add onion and salt, fry for 5 minutes. Add garlic, fry for another 2 minutes. 3. Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water, cover and leave for 3 minutes. 4. Add cabbage, cover, leave for another 2 minutes. 5. Put the spinach on a plate. Top with a mixture of cabbage and broccoli. Pour sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
