Traditional authentic Indian sweets on the basis of chickpea flour and powdered sugar. Caution: very sweet!

Ingredients: 2 1 \ 4 tbsp. chickpea flour 1.5 tbsp semolina 1 cup of ghee oil 1.5 Art. powdered sugar 1 \ 4 tsp cardamom powder 12 sliced ​​pistachios 10 chopped almond nuts 15 pcs. raisins 1 tsp melon seed

Recipe: Heat the ghee oil in a saucepan. As soon as it becomes warm, add chickpea flour and semolina, mix. Cook over low heat until golden brown and have a sensation of sweet aroma. Keep stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Put the resulting thick mass on a plate, let cool. Add powdered sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder. Mix well. Blind the balls. Put them on a plate, add pistachio and seeds to each ball.
