Baked pears with nuts and maple syrup

Want something sweet and simple? So that you could prepare the ingredients in a few minutes and send them into the oven? Baked pear with nuts - just from this very opera! Use any nuts, seeds, dried fruits, berries and enjoy a healthy dessert!


Ingredients: 2 pears (in a recipe the “Conference” variety is used) 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 cup almonds, cashews, walnuts or any other nuts Handful of raisins ½ tsp ground cinnamon ¼ tsp ground nutmeg Ghee or coconut oil - optional

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Wash the pears, peel (if desired) cut in half and remove the core to make the boat. Lubricate with a little oil (if used) and send to the oven for 10 minutes. Rinse the raisins and soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Chop the nuts to the desired size, put in a bowl. Add raisins, spices, maple syrup, lemon juice to the nuts and mix well. Remove the pears from the oven. In each place one tablespoon of filling. Bake for 20 minutes or until soft pears. Serve with ice cream or coconut cream!
