Cut off the top of the apples, take out a little pulp and pith to make a keg. In each apple, place half a teaspoon of butter, cover with a “lid” and send the apples to the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, mix in a bowl granola with spices, nuts and dried fruit. Remove the apples, open the "lid" and fill each fruit with granola. Top with maple syrup to taste and send to the oven, without closing the lid, for another 20 minutes. Serve with natural yoghurt, coconut cream or ice cream.
