4 Ingredients Coconut Cake

We love simple recipes with a minimum of ingredients. This is just one of these: four ingredients, no sugar, milk, flour, but maximum taste! Chocolate-coated coconut cake is especially liked by those who love bounty and other coconut bars.


Ingredients:


3 cups coconut shavings 1 cup melted coconut oil ¼ cup maple syrup 1-2 cups chopped vegan chocolate (preferably without sugar)


Recipe:


In a large bowl, mix coconut, maple syrup and coconut oil. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, spread the coconut mass evenly over it and send to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or to the freezer for 2 hours. Take out, cut into squares. Put the cakes on the wire rack. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, let it cool slightly and pour squares on it. Put in the fridge for another 1-2 hours.
